Debra Levine has been in the recruitment field for 6 years and with Now Hiring You since 2022. Prior to that she was a was a Sr. Corporate Solutions Consultant with Dale Carnegie Training for 8 years. She graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Psychology.
Ryan has been in the recruitment field for over 10-years and with Now Hiring You since 2020. He graduated with a background in Accounting and Finance from FAU (Florida Atlantic University). Before moving into executive recruitment, he worked with a national physician agency, focused on both temporary and permanent staffing needs. In his current role, Ryan is focused on the Legal and Financial recruitment needs from start-ups to multinational organizations, also including Municipalities and Not-For-Profit organizations. Outside of the office, Ryan contributes to multiple local charities that play an integral part in shaping the lives of local families in need.
Maria is the Recruiting Coordinator with Now Hiring You since 2022. She has an International Business degree from Universidad del Norte in Colombia. Before working with the firm, she worked as a customer service agent in B2C sales. As a Recruiting Coordinator, Maria is focused on sourcing top talent and engaging with applicants that are looking for new positions. In addition, she administers the applicant tracking system and technology used to manage the many open positions and candidates.
